Consultation
A consultation with StageHouse is a small investment that can have a big impact. In just one session, you’ll get a houseful of tips to make the most of your space so you can sell it fast and make the most out of your sale. With this hands-on service, our designers will meet you at your home to take stock of your existing furnishings and design elements and make changes that will make buyers fall in love with your home’s potential. Room by room, we will help you examine paint colors, eliminate clutter, rearrange furnishings, and repurpose your possessions to show off of your home’s appeal. We will provide both the agent and seller a written proposal detailing all recommendations within 48 hours. The consultation is approximately an hour long.
Staging
Vacant homes languish on the market twice as long as even poorly furnished homes. With the amount of competition out there, it is more important than ever that a home stand out from the rest. In today’s market, it no longer works to simply put your home on the market as-is and expect buyers to see past everything to its true potential. Your home must create a powerful first impression. We use furniture and decor from our own warehouse, as well as utilize items from our clients’ own homes to ensure that every space looks its absolute best.
Redesign
Also known as Occupied Home Staging, Redesign is a fast and fun way to makeover a house by taking what a client already owns and rearranging it in a fresh way. We just rearrange things in a more efficient way and use furniture and accessories from other areas of the home. It’s amazing just how big a difference home redesign can make!
Market Prep
A clean, decluttered house will give buyers the confidence that it has been well maintained and make it look and feel better overall. From cleaning and decluttering, to a fresh coat of wall or cabinet paint, to new light or water fixture installation, we have you covered.
